(Reuters) - The New York-based investment management firm said in a
preliminary prospectus with the U.S. Securities and Exchange
Commission that Goldman Sachs & Co., UBS Investment Bank, and
Banc of America Securities LLC are underwriting the IPO.
Pzena plans to list its Class A shares on the New York
Stock Exchange under the symbol "PZN" .
