(Reuters) - Tanzania will boost spending on education in the 2007-08 budget this week, but analysts are concerned that government plans to avoid domestic borrowing may mean excessive reliance on donor financing.
Finance Minister Zakia Meghji presented a budget proposal to parliament in early June showing an increase in spending to 5.1 trillion shillings, up from 4.85 trillion shillings in 2006/07.
