(Reuters) - DaVinci said the company requested a list of TOC shareholders
to explain the details of its bid and solicit support from them,
but TOC refused to hand over the list as it regards DaVinci as a
competitor.
"According to corporate law, we cannot reveal the list to any
companies in the same business," a company spokesman said.
