(Reuters) - The notices of default assert the company failed to timely
file its Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended April 30, 2007,
with regulators and provide a copy to U.S. Bank Trust.
Finisar acknowledged it is only required to file its
financial reports to U.S. Bank Trust if it has actually filed
its financial reports to regulators, but that certain recent
reports have not yet been filed.
