Canadian banks lift prime rate 25 bps to 6.25 pct

(Reuters) - The move by Royal Bank of Canada and Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce , follows the Bank of Canada, which raised its key interest rate by 25 basis points to 4.5 percent.
