UPDATE 1-Adept Technology to cut 15 pct jobs; shut plants

(Reuters) - Adept also said its Chief Financial Officer Steven Moore
will leave effective mid-July as he has accepted a position
with another company.




Adept has over 180 employees in offices worldwide,
according to the company's Web site.
